Shipping Your Device: We make it hassle-free, shipping is on us! Simply write in our Reply-Paid address (which will be given to you once you have placed the order) and post your device(s). We will pay for the shipping once we receive it.
Get Paid: Once we receive your device, our expert technicians will assess its condition and once your device passes inspection we'll send you the payment via your preferred method. Choose from Bank Transfer, PayPal or PAYID.
How do I send my phone in?
We have a Reply-Paid account in collaboration with Australia Post, which allows you the convenience of sending in your device(s) without the need for upfront shipping costs. The process is very simple: Visit your nearest Australia Post, securely package your device(s), inscribe our Reply-Paid address and dispatch your item(s) free of charge.
Please ensure your order number is clearly included when sending in your device(s).

Do the prices change?
Absolutely, Once you've initiated the order with us, you are granted a 21-day window to adhere to that agreement, as our pricing is subject to potential fluctuations. However, rest assured that upon confirming your order with us, we safeguard that price for you over the course of 21 days.
What’s the difference between the conditions?
New: These are devices that are in impeccable condition. They exhibit no scratches, no harm, and no imperfections whatsoever. It's as though they've never been utilized.
Working: These devices may exhibit visible indications of usage. This may encompass some surface scratches or minor wear and tear on the device's exterior.
Dead: As the label suggests, when a device is no longer operable, it falls into the DEAD category. This also includes instances such as water damage.
Can I drop my phone off in person?
If you happen to be situated in Sydney, we extend a warm invitation for you to personally visit us. We are based within Rouse Hill (CBD). We genuinely value the opportunity to meet you in a face-to-face interaction.
How soon will I receive payment?
